After talking to Nancy on the phone for about 30 minutes I knew she was the one to go with! I love that she was very helpful and explained everything to us as first time home buyers. I really felt like she got to know us and what we were looking for. She was a lender before becoming a realtor so she has the knowledge on that aspect of the home buying process as well. We made an offer on the first house we saw within hours of seeing it! That was even without my husband seeing it in person because we knew it was perfect for us, and we didn't want to miss out on it! She knows her stuff and will get things done. Nancy puts in the hard work for her clients, who she treats like family. When there were bumps along the way (not her fault) she was very proactive and communicated with the seller's agent to let them know what was going on so we wouldn't lose the house. The first time I bought a house, I did not use a realtor.
The process was semi ok and worked out, but when it came time to sell my house, I did not want to do the same. Liz was absolutely amazing to work with. I gave her my list of improvements, she helped me tweak the list to make sure the house would be ready to sell quickly. Any time I needed her help, or had a question, she would respond promptly. She’s one of the sweetest people I’ve met and I recommend her whole heartedly if you’re looking to sell your home.

Liz is fair and honest.
She told us when to ask for more and when she thought we had reached our maximum in bargaining. She would have helped stage and take professional photos but said we didn’t need staging help and the house wasn’t listed long enough to retake better quality photos. We wanted to look at a house and I cold-called her at 3 PM to see if she could get us in to see the place. Not only did she make that happen, but we had an offer written and submitted by 6PM! We looked at a few houses with her and she was always ready and able to show them to us. When we found the home we wanted, she worked diligently to get our offer in; stayed in contact with us through the entire process; negotiated the counter-offer with the seller/agent; and helped us get the deal closed! Now we have a wonderful home thanks to her efforts. I can't recommend Nancy enough!
I would like to say this is one of the most honest real estate agent I have ever worked with and I have purchased 3 houses before this one.
She responds in a timely manner whether email, text, or call and if she doesn't know the answer to your question she will get in touch or direct you to the person who does. She is pleasant, hyper, sincere, patient and very attentive in your presents regardless of how many phone calls she may receive at that moment, lol. And yes, I have had a past Realtor who will take calls as though the buyer is not even standing there talking. If you ever meet Elizabeth, you will instantly, be able to tell that she LOVES her job and very excited about houses.
